THIS DEED, made this day of 1979, by and
between MAUDE R. GARRBTT, divorced and not remarried, and GARY C. THOMAS and
MARGARET G. THOMAS, husband and wife, parties of the first part, and GARY C.
THOMAS and MARGARET G. THOMAS, husband and wife, parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
