THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on Intervenor's
?etition for Modif ication of Final Judgment or Order on Child Support
and the Court having reviewed the file and considered the testimony
of witnesses and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the petition for Modification
of Final Judgment or Order on Child Support shall be and the same
is Hereby granted; it is further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED commencing on the date of this Order,

~r~arriage, shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the sum of $ 25.00
der week , each and every week , which amount shall be

Kc~~abilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, P. O. Box
2050, Jacksonville, Florida, 32203. In addition thereto the sum of
a j1.G0 as costs shall be added to each such payment made to the Clerk.
