ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of th is Court shall ~
and he is hereby ordered to continue -to transmit support payments
received from the responsible parent to the Department of Health
and Rehabilitative Services until further order of this Court to
the contrary or receipt of~Notice to Discontinue payments from the
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event i

the support payments shall thereaf ter be directed and payable
to the person having custody of the child(ren); it is further ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all money orders, cashiers
checks and accountings shall bear the name and Social Security

number of the responsible parent. The p~vment shall be made naTahlP
to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:
