ORDER OF FORECLOSURE SALE
- THIS CAUSE having come to be heard upon the -
Motion of the Plaintiff herein with supporting Affidavits
for the entry of an Order decreeing that the property
was the subject matter of this action to be sold at
public sale and it appearing tv the Court that the Defendants
have failed to comply with the the terms of the Final
Judgment entered herein by failing to pay within 45 days
to the Plaintiff all sums due and owing to the Plaintiff,
together with her attorney's fees and Court costs, and
the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:.
I 1. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the
followin described real
g- property, which is the subject
matter of this action, to wit:
Lot S and the West ~ of Lot 6, Block D,
RIVERVIEW MANOR SUBDIVISION, according
to the plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9,
Page 69, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. TOGETHER WITH gas stove, refrigerator,
2 bedroom suites, carpet and venetian blinds
located therein,
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, free, clear
~ and discharged of and from any and all claims, liens,
encumbrances, rights in equity and interest of the Defendants,
DAVID MICHAEL SEDLIK and BONNIE LOU SEDLIK, his wife, and
PAUL E. RANES and BARBARA H. RANES, his wife, which sale
shall be hel by the Clerk of this Court on the ay
of ~ 1979, at 11:00 o'clock A.M. at the
