Ft. Pierce, Florida, in accordance with F.S. 45.031.
2. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent
costs of this action and shall be reimbursed for them
by the Clerk, if the Plaintiff is not the purchaser of
the property at the sale. If the Plaintiff is the purchaser
of the property,. the Clerk shall, credit the Plaintiff's
bid with the total sums found to be due and owing to
the Plaintiff pursuant to the Final Judgment entered herein,
and the Order taxing costs and determining attorney's fees,
with interests and costs accruing subsequent to said
Final Judgment or such part of it as is necessary to
pay the bid in full.
3. Upon receipt of the purchase price paid
at said sale, the Clerk shall issue a Certificate of
Sale and if no objections to said sale be-filed within
the time required by law, the Clerk shall issue his
Certificate of Title and Certificate of Disbursements,
and he shall disburse and apply the proceeds of the
sale in~the following manner: .
A. His fees, allowance, commissions and
expenses;
~ B. Fees and costs of the officers of this
Court and of the Plaintiff of this law suit;
C. The attorney's fees of the Plaintiff
herein for their services in regard to this.action, which
sum was awarded in the aforesaid Order Taxing Costs and
Determining Attorney's Fees;
D. The sums specified in the Final Judgment
found to be due and owing to the Plaintiff from the Defendants,
with interest and other charges set forth therein, which
have accrued from the date of Final Judgment, all of which
shall be payable to the Plaintiff;

E. The remaining sum, if any there be, to
be deposited with the Registry of this Court by the Clerk
