ORDER
This cause having come before the court on Plaintiff's
Motion for Summary Judgment., and the court having heard argu-
ment of counsel and being otherwise-fully advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment be and the
same is hereby denied.
2. Plaintiff is hereby granted leave to file a subsequent
Motion for Summary Judgment after it has produced certain docu-
ments for inspection by Defendant all as more particularly
provided by Order of this Court of ven date herewith.
