is the owner and holder of the Agreement for Deed securing its
interest in the property, and Plaintiff is due the following
sums on said Agreement for Deed from DONALD J. HANDKINS and
KAREN Y. EVANS, f/k/a KAREN Y. HANDKINS:
(a) Principal unpaid balance as of
September, 1975 $23,375.20
(b) Accrued interest from September, 1975
until the date of trial, computed at

(c) Real estate taxes paid for years
1975, 1976, and 1977 ~ 693.61
(d) Interest on taxes paid above at
7.50% per annum 110.03
TOTAL sum due under Agreement for
Deed, excluding per diem interest
from the date of trial, and costs

5. Plaintiff, SIERRA LAND & CATTLE CO., a Nevada corporation,
holds a lien for the total sum due, which is superior to any claim,
interest or estate of the Defendants, DONALD J. HANDKINS and
KAREN Y. EVANS, f/k/a KAREN Y. HANDRINS, or any other person
claiming by, through or under said Defendants after the filing
of the Notice of Lis Pendens. Plaintiff's lien is upon the following
described property,_located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

Lot 28, Block 42, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES
UNIT 7, according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in the office of the clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in Plat Book 10, Page 75.
~ 6. If the Defendants, or any one of them, within thirty (30)
days from today's date, fail to make payment of each and every
