7. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this
action, and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if the
Plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale.
If Plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiff's
bid with the total sum due, with interest and costs accruing
subsequent to this 3udgment or such part of it as is necessary
to pay the bid in full.
8. On filing the certificate of title, the Clerk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are sufficient,
by paying: (1) all the Plaintiff's costs; (2) documentary stamps
affixed to the certificate; (3) the total sum due to Plaintiff,
less the items paid, plus interest at the rate prescribed by law
from this date to the date of sale; and by retaining any amount
remaining pending the further order of this court.
9. On filing the certificate of title, the Defendants named
in this action, and all persons claiming under and against them
since the filing of the Notice of Lis Pendens in this action, are
foreclosed of all estate or claims on the property and the purchaser
at the sale shall be let into possession of the property. Jurisdiction
of this action is retained to enter further orders as are proper,
including, without limitation, writs of assistance.
10. In the event that Defendants, or either of them bring the
delinquent payments up to date as prescribed in paragraph 6, above,

~ then no foreclosure upon the property shall be had as a result of
this action, and.the Agreement for Deed sued upon shall remain in
full force and effect. Defendants, DONALD J. HANDKINS and
KAREN Y. EVANS, f/k/a KAREN Y. HANDKZNS, are directed to make
all further periodic payments under the Agreement for Deed and
perform all other covenants of payment thereunder to N. RICHARD SCHOPP,
Esquire, whose address is Suite 204, Citizens Federal Building,
8410 South Federal Aighway, Port St, Lucie, Florida 33452, or such
other place as designated in writing by Plaintiff.
