FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on the 30th day of
August, 19?9, and the Wife having appeared with counsel end a
default having been entered against-the Husband for failing to
file or serve en answer or other leadi And the Court havi
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds end determines:
This Court has ~udisdiction of the parties and subject matter of
this suit; that the relations of Husband and Wife now exists between
the parties; the equities are with the Wife and against the Husband,
and the Wife is entitled to dissolution of marriage. It is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADtTUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Wife,
LORRAINE SCOTT HARPER, and the Husband, WILLIE ALBERT HARPER, be
~ and the same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PR_. That the property described~by the Wife in her
testimony which is titled in her name only, to wit:
"Lot 3, Block 6, SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION,
UNIT ONE 91), as per Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 8, page 24, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida," ~
is the sole property of the Wife, and the Husband has no right,
' title or interest therein, and the Husband is hereby ordered to

remove himself and his personal belongings from-the said property
by 5:00 o~clock P.M. - Fri~3ay, August 31, 1979. That upon failure or
refusal of the Husband to remove himself from the premises, the Sheriff
of St. Lucie County is hereby ordered to remove him forthwith.
