FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION
OF CONDOMINIUM OF OCEANRISI~
CONDOMINIUM
This First Amendment to Declaration of Gondominium of
Oceanrise Condominium, made this 30th day of August, 1979E bx Oceanrise
of Hutchinson Island, Inc., hereafter called Developers for itsel#~
its successors, grantees and assigns,
WHEREAS, the original Declaration of Condominiwni filed in
Official Records Book 313, page 2307 through 2351, public reco~cds of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and pursuant to Developers right to amend
the following amendments to the above-described Declaration of Condo-
minium are hereby adopted; and where conflicting with prior Declara-
tion terms, should supercede same as follows:
1. ARTICLE IV, D. 1. b., entitled "Lower Boundary"~
O,R. Book 313, page 2309, is amended to dread as
follows: "The horizontal plan of the lower surfaces
of the floor slab."
2. That the land described in Exh~.bit "A" to the original
Declaration of Condominium shall be subject to an ease-
. ment to St. Lucie Cable Company, Inc „ for the installa-
tion of cablevision services to subject real property
upon that certain easement, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated as a part hereof, entitled
"Easemtnt Grant", as Exhibit "1", together with the
legal description marked Exhibit A thereto.
k 3. That there exists a certain second mortgage held by
j Gerald S. James and Judy James and Robert P. Rigel,
recorded in O.R. Book 280, pages 501 through 503, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
That joinder of second mortgages, above-referenced,
is herein filed of record, consenting to the original
Declaration of Condominium as above recorded. Joinder
~ of second mortgagees is attached hereto as Exhibit "2".

4. That incorporated by reference in this Amendment is
an Affidavit, marked Exhibit "3", which Affidavit in- -
corporates Certificate of Incorporation of Oceanrise
Condominium Association, Inc., which Affidavit, together
with exhibits, is made a part of this Amendment by ref-
erence.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Owner-Developer has ex-
ecuted this First Amendment to Declaration, this 30th day of August,
