The undersigned, OCEANRISE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC., hereafter
called Developer, files this Affidavit as follows:
1. That the Declaration of Condominium above-referenced, under
Exhibit "1", commencing on page 2337 through page 2341, contains Ar-
ticles of Incorporation of Oceanrise Condominium Association, Inc., a
corporation not for profit.
2. That said Articles of Incorporation omitted the Certificate
of Incorporation under Exhibit "1".
3. That attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
in substitution of the original Exhibit "1" above-referenced, is the
Certificate of Incorporation of Oceanrise Condominium Association, Inc.,
a corporation not for profit, together with the attached Articles of
Incorporation filed with the Secretary of State, State of Florida, on
August 9, 1979.
4. That the attached Certificate of Incorporation and Articles
of Incorporation constitute an amendment to Exhibit "1" and are sub-
stituted in lieu of the original Exhibit "1" under the Declaration of
Condominium filed herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Affidavit
and amendment, by incorporation, to the Declaration of Oceanrise of~'-
Hutchinson Island, Inc . , this ~a"'"`~ day of August, 1979. ~

Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared GEl2~iLD
S. JAMES, to me known to be the President of OCEANRISE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND,
INC., and he acknowledged that the foregoing is true and correct, and
acknowledges executing the same in the presence of two (2) witnesses,
under authority vested in him by said corporation, and that the seal
affixed hereto is the proper corporate seal of said corporation, this
