or other instruR~t establishing a record title t4 a dwelling unit in the ooYxio-
minium and the delivery to the Association of a certified copy of such instrument.
The owner designated by such instrunent ttws becomes a manber of the Association
and the membership of the prior owner is tern~inated.
C. The share of a n~snber in the funds and assets of the Assx~~.cion can-
not be assigned, hypothecated or transferred in any manner e3wept as an appurten-
