ARTICLE IX

Rmerxlmznts to the Articles of Tneoxporati,on shall be proposed and adapted
in the following manner. .
A. Notice of the subject matter of a proposed amersdment shall be included
in the notice of any meeting at which a proposed amerrl;nent is considered.
B. A resolution for the adoptioaz of a proposed amencinent may be proposed
either by the Board of Directors or by the members of the Association. Directors
and members not present in person or by proxy at the meeting oor:sidering the amend
meat may e their approval in writing, providing such approval is delivered
to the secretary at ar prior to the meeting. booept as elsewhere pr+ovideds
1. Such approvals must be by not less than 758 Qf the entire mem-
bership of the Bo~-ard of Directors and by not less than 75$ of
the rotes of the entire m~anbership of the Association.
2. By not less than 80$ of the votes of the entire membership of
the Association.
C. Provided, however, that no aanendment shall make any cYk-irsges in the
qualifications for mecnbexship nor the wting rights of members, rnr any change in
Section C of ARTICLE III, without approval in writi.nq by all members and the joind~s
of all record owners of mortgages upon the apnc3c~n; ni um. No aamendment shall be made
that is is conflict with the Corx3oatinium Act or the Declaration of ~aminium.
D. A Dopy of each anent shall be recorded in the public Ibeoord~s of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
