THIS MARRA~ITY DEED MADE this August 27
1979 by FAITH L. L'HEUREUX, foreerly of South ~tor~alk, Connecticut,
County of Fairfield, State of Connecticut, hereinafter referred to
as the grantor, and JOSSPH aALASSO+ SR. and MARY OALASSO, of City
of Staeford, County of Fairfield and State of Connecticut hereinafter
referred-to-as-the-grantees whose wailing address is P.O. Box ~~56,
Darien, Connecticut:

the sue of S10.00-and love-and affection ,hereby-grant,-bargain, sell, -
alien, remise, release, convey and confine unto the grantees all those
certain tracts in Saint Lucie County, Florida, vizs

Park, 3t. Lucie County, Florida, as per Plat
on file in Plat Book 11, pages 35, 36 & 37 of
the Public Records of 3t. Lucie County, Florida.
2nd tract: Lot nuebered 8, Block nuebered 15,
Unit nuebered 2, Lakewood Park, St. Lucie County,
Florida, as per Plat thereof on~file in Plat Book
10, at page 51, of the Public Records of St..Lucie
County, Florida.
Both of the above preeises are subject to certain oil, gas
and mineral leases and to restrictive covenants, agreements and
reservations of record.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurte-
nances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To Have and to hold, the saes in fee simple forever.
And the grantor hereby covenant with said grantees that the
I' grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee siep~e; that the
grantor has good right and lawful authority to_sell and convey said
land; that the-grantor hereby fully warrant the title to said land
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encuebrances.
