references to the Property, Borrower, Lander and Note contained is the above desaabed master form of
mortgage and incorporated by nfennoe heraiato shall be construed to mesa the Property, Borrower, Leader
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of -the oompleta test of the provisions
hereby incorporated by refennoe into this Morrtgage. -
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lendw further covanaat and agna

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Leader, at Lender's optiAn within twenty years
from the date of thin Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Bcxrower. Such Future Advancxe, with
interest thereon, shall be second by this Mortgage when evideaoed by promissory notes stating that said
notes are second hereby. At no time shaD tha priaclpal amount of the indebtedness sec~u~8d by this Mort-
