and used at the above mentioned premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, iq consideration of ~ the agree:nerit to lease acid AMF Automatic Pinapotter machines
by AMF incorporated and/or to sell the aforesaid "equipment under said time contract by AMF Incorporated,
together with• other g.?od and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, said mortgagee/trustee
con~enta to the installation and use o! said machines and/or equipment and hereby agrees: that aaid mortgagee/trustee shall
not have or acquire any right, title or interest in or to said machines and/or equipment by reason of attachment thereof to
the premises, or otherwise, that the representatives. agents and employees of AMF lneorpocated, its succxasors and assigns,
j may enter upon said premises and remove said, machines andJor equipment ,i`n the event of breach, termination, suspension.

porated to recover from the mortgagee/trustee the damages resulting from acid refusal. Said damages shall consist of the
diminishment in the value of the machines and/or equipment or the reasaonable return foi the machines and/or equipment,
whichever is greater, plus any sums spent by AI1Q~Ir>forporated in order to obtain possession of the machines and/or equip•

This mortgage/trust modification, waiver and c~msent shall be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators,
