SHIELDS, the Grantee, whose mailing address is

hereby on this day of August, 1979, conveys to the Grantee the real pro-

ment Numbered C-5 and its undivided share of the com-
mon elements of Turtle Reef Condominiums I, as such is
described in the Amended Master Form Deed as recorded
in Offidal Records Book 256, Page 235, Public Records
of St. Lude County, Florida.
THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY;
and covenants that the property is free of all encumbrances, that lawful- seism
of and good right to convey that property is vested in the Grantor, and that
the Grantor hereby fully warrants title to said land and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
