~ WARRANTY DEED
BEVERLEE R. DEMERITT, the Grantor, in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations received from EILEEN S.
JONES, the Grantee, whose mailing address is 2211 Valleywood Drive, S.E.,
E-4, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49506, hereby on this day of August, 1979,
conveys to the Grantee the real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as:

went Numbered C- 5 and its undivided share of the com-
mon elements of Turtle .Reef Condominiums I, as such is
described in the Amended Master Form Deed as recorded
in Official Records Book 256, Paqe 235, Public Records
of St. Lucie County,. Florida.
THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY; •
and covenants that the property is free of all encumbrances, that lawful seism
of and good right to convey that property is vested in the Grantor, and t!~at
