The undersigned, RICHARD C. HARRIS, after being duly aw+ora, states
under oath as follows:
That RICHARD C. HARRIS currently residea at 4032 Greenwood
Drive, St. Lucie County, Florida.
That prior to living at said address the said RICHARD C.
HARRIS lived at 1119 Trinidad Avenue, St. Lucie Gountq, Florida.
That from the gear 1963 A.D. to 1970 A.D. the said RICHARD
- C. HARRIS resided outside the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida.
That at no time has-RICHARD C. HARRIS ever resided at
I6O7~ Avenue "D", Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida. -
That RICHARD C. HARRIS was never admitted to the Fort Pierce
Memorial Hospital from August 18,-1967, through October 4, 1967.
That the said RICHARD C. HARRIS has always been known as
RICHARD C. HARRIS and not as Richard Harris.
That the Notice of Lien filed in Official Records Book 171,
Page 66, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Floridadoea not refer to
RICHARD C. HARRIS, and your affiant is not the Richard NMI Harris referred to
in the Notice of Lien filed in said Book and Page. -
That RICHARD C. HARRIS took title to the following described
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The Sift of the SB'~ of the of Section 8, Township 34 South, Range 40
East, lying East of 200 foot right-of~ay of U.S. Bighway No. 1, (Florida
Highway No. 5), lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida.
in his capacity as Trustee, and deeded said property to R ~ C, Inc., a Florida
corporation in his capacity as Trustee, and at no time held said property for
his own use and benefit. .
