SIGHT DISTANCES AT INTERSECTIONS:- No object, including without liaitation thereto, a fence, wall, hedge or plantings, which obstructs sight lines at elevations between two (2f and six (6) feet above the roadway-shall be placed or permitted. to remain on any lot within the area adjacent to where a driveway intersects a street or where streets intersect. This restriction is intended to apply so that all traffic may move safely upon the streets and in and out of driveways in the Subdivision without any sight obstruction hindering and/or making such movement dangerous. 21. TELEVISION ANTENNAS: When television tables are installed in the Subdivision, all residents who subscribe to such cable service must immediately remove the outside television antennas. 22. PROHIBITED USE: No oil drillingf refining, quarrying or mining operations•of any kind shall be permitted upon or in any lot, nor shall any noxious or of~ensive trade. or practice be carried on upon any lot. NO SIGNS WILL BE PERMITTED without the approval of the Subdivider. NOTWITHSTANDING any other provision to the contrary herein contained, this Declaration may be amended, in any respect, from time to time, by the Subdivider, or his assigns, without the necessity of notice to any Grantee or consent or agreement to such amendment by any Grantee, until such time as total development of the Subdivision has been com- pleted.
