ORDER
This cause having come before the court on Defendant's
Motion to Compel Plaintiff to produce certain documents,,and
the court having heard argument of counsel and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:.
1. That Plaintiff be and it is hereby ordered to produce
within 20 days from the date hereof at the offices of Neill
Griffin Jeffries & Lloyd, Attorneys for Defendant, at~124-A
North 2nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, copies of all pleadings
in the case of Maunfacturers Hanover Trust Company vs. Walter T. _
~ Phillips, Jr., Index No. 12885/77 in the Supreme Court of the
State of New York, County of New York, and copies of all
promissory notes or other instruments evidencing the indebtedness
which is~the basis of the aforementioned judgment in the Supreme
Court of the State of New York, County of New York.
2. Plaintiff shall not be required to produce any of
the other documents identified in Defendant's Request for
Production.
