ORDER ABATING DISMISSAL
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before this Court on
August 28, 1979, upon the Plaintiff's Motion to Abate Dismissal.
The Court having considered said Motion and being otherwise
duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion be, and the same
is hereby granted. This cause may be reconsidered for dis-
missal for lack of prosecution on or after 12 months-from the
date of this Order. In the interim,_this cause shall not be
dismissed by the Clerk for lack of prosecution.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
