ORDER PERMITTING WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS
AND INCREASE IN ATTORNEY'S FEES
THI USE coming on to be heard this iy day of
1979, and the Court having heard the arguments of
the ties, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that J. Michael Brennan is hereby
granted a fee of $350.00 (Three Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars)
in addition to that amount set forth in the Final Judgment, for a
total fee of $1,150.00 (One Thousand One Hundred Fifty and 00/100
Dollars) and the Clerk is directed to disburse said sum (or sums);
it is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED. that the money directed to be paid to
the landowner in this cause by the Final Judgment, the specifics
of which were to await a later Order, shall be payable to Ralph L.
Fiscus as the sole claimant.
