MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE
COMES .NOW the Plaintiffs, JAMES AARDEE, individually
and as natural father and next friend of JUSTICE HARDEE, a
- monor, and EVELYN HARDEE, and hereby moves this Court for
an Order Continuing the trial of this cause, and as grounds
therefor would state-and show, that upon serving Subpoenas
upon Dr.'s H. Hooshmand and James Cain, it was learned that
the said doctors are both on vacation or otherwise unavailable
during the early part of the week of September 4, 1979. -
Specifically, Dr. Cain, who -is presently on vacation,
will not be returning to his_ office until the afternoon of
' Tuesday, September 4, 1979, at which time he has a full

schedule of patients. On the morning of Wednesday, September
5, 1979, he has scheduled surgery which will take up his
morning. It is believed that Plaintiff will have rested
its case by that-time.
Dr. H. Hooshmand is likewise on vacation at the •
present time. He will be returning on the morning of Wednesday
