THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the Motion of the
Plaintiff for a Summary Final Judgment and the Court having reviewed
the pleadings and affidavits filed in this cause and being further
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. Plaintiff, SEACOAST HOLIES, INC., a Florida corporation,

is due Five Thousand ($5,400.00) Do~lars as principal, and Two Thou-

sand Five Hundred and Sixty-One Dollars ($2,561.00) for payments made
to the first mortgagee,First Federal Savings And Loan Association Of
Fort Pierce after demand, Thirty-Five Dollars ($35.00) for title search
expense, and $ -~U ~ . ~G for attorneys fees with Eighty-Two
($82.00) Dollars Court costs now taxed, under thz second mortgage sued
upon in this action making a total sum of $ $r Q •
2. Plaintiff, SEACOAST HOMES, INC., holds a lien for the
total sum superior to any claim or estate of Defendant(s), MARLTON
RAY DAVENPORT and LIINNIE B. DAVENPORT, his wife, on the following de-
scribed property in Saint Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 6, Block 38, RIVER PARR UNIT 4,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 11, at Page 9, of the Public
Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
