PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, GRACE A. JAMES a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida died on December 29, 19?8 and Letters of Adminis-
tration were issued to Petitioner on January 4, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith waivers signed by all
interested persons, other than petitioner, waiving the filing of -
a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by paying
all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed the required estate tax return
with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida and has
obtained Non-Taxable Certificate # E33618 from Estate Tax Bureau,
which has been filed with this court.
5. Petitioner proposes to make distribution of the assets
of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached

hereto as Batrtb "
6. The only persons, other than Petitioner having an
interest in this proceeding and their respective addresses are:
Harold C. James, 1913 North 11th Ave., Pasco, Washington 99301 and
Maurleen Hoxie, 2805 Ohio Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 33450.
