The unders;gned, as personal representative of the above estate aliegea:
1. The decedent, JOSEPH SIEGEL a resident of
Middlesex ~p„nty Nem Jersev , died on
January 17 19 78 ,and Letters of Adminisdstion were issued to
Peetitiones on in ,19 79 .
2. Petitioner fifes herewith a final accounting containing a complete report of all receipts
and disbw~nenta since the eommence~nent of sdministratwn of this estate, or since the date of the
last accounting fled herein, if any.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, -by making payment, settlement. or other
disposition of all clsnns and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all expenses of adrninistcation.
4. Petitioner has fled all i~equit+ed estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and
with the .Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and Sled with this court
evicknce of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. ~
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets of this estate as set
forth in the sdiedule of distribution attached hereto m F.xhrbit A.
