PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above estate,
alleges:
1. The decedent, JOAN V. NELSON, a resident of Cook County,
Illinois, died on December 13, 1948, and letters of administration
- were issued to petitioner on August 9, 1979.
2. This estate was opened solely to establish a root of title
to the Florida real estate of the decedent more particularly set forth
in the Petition for Administration and for the entry of an order
confirming the 1950 sale of said property.
3. Petitioner has filed with this court evidence of satisfaction
of Florida estate taxes. The estate is not subject to Federal estate
taxes.
4. There are no properties to be distributed and there are
no interested parties to be notified; and that there was no initial
accounting nor final accounting to be filed with regard to this
estate.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an order be entered,
discharging petitioner as personal representative of this estate.
Under penalty of perjury, I declare that I have read the fore-
going and the facts alleged are true to the best of my knowledge and
belief .
