SBCOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of mQ/ estate
of Whatsoever nature and Wheresoever situate, I give twenty percent
thereof to my brother, LOUI3 B. DILLON, and twenty percent thereof to '
my nephew, PHILLIP A. PISCHKE and his Wife, LINDA PISCHKE, 3ointly,
or the survivor, and the balance to PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK, Pittsburgh,. •
Pennsylvania, as trustee under the following trusts.
A. During the period of the trust the income therefrom
shall be added to principal and reinvested as such. My trustee shall
distributs to my nephew, PHILLIP A. PISCHKS and hie Wife, LINDA PISCHKS,
3ointly, or the survivor, on the fifth. anniversary of ay death, one-
half of the value of the principal of the trust determ±ned as of said
date; and after the tenth anniversary of my death,' all of said principa3.
B. Upon the death of the survivor of the aforenamed
beneficiaries during the continuance of this trust herein created, or
in the event neither is living at the time of my death, the principal
of the trust, as it is then constituted, shall be paid and distributed
to their issue, per stirpes.
