THIRD: The lol2oWing provisions shall be applicable to s
the trusts oreated herein

d. Opon t1~3 death of any income beneficiary, any ac- _
orued or undistributed income shall be held and accounted for, or di~-
tributed in the same manner 3s if it had been received and accrued after
the beneficiary's death.
B. While in i:ie hands of my trustee and until actually
paid over or delivered to the ~:ersons entitled thereto, the interest
of beneficiaries in the income or principal in aqy trust herein oreated -
shall not be subject to assignm~-~nt, pledge, attachment, or the claims
of creditors.
C. If - an;i beneficiary to Whom m~? trustee is directed -
to distribute any share of trust principal is a minor or under legal
disability or in the opinion of my trustee incapable of properly manag-
ing his oura affairs, his :hare shall vest in interest in him indefeasibly,
but my trustee shall eont~.aue to hold such share for such beneficiary
until he has attained u:ajcrity, or his legal disability is removed,
or in the opinion o; m5 trustee no incapacity exists, with all the polders
granted to it as truste: herein and With authority to use both income
and principal for the beneficiary's education, maintenance, and Welfare.
Payments may be made to the person having custody of the beneficiary
