FIFTH: All estate, inheritance, and sucaessioa taxes, in-
oluding intarest aad penalties, imposed upon my gross estate, including '
any property not forming a part of my testamentary estate other than
any property over which I have a taxable power of appointment, shall
be paid from the principal of my residuary estate, at such times and
in auah manner as may executor or trustee shall deev advisable, without
_ apportionment or right of reimbursement. In the discretion of my exeeu-
- tor, taxes on future interests may be prepaid or postponed to be paid
at such time or times as my trustee thinks proper.
SIXTH: I appoint PITTSBURGH NATIONAL HANK, Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania, as executor of this will.
SEVENTH: Hy corporate fiduciary shall be entitled to deduct
as compensation for its services hereunder a Pee which shall be in acaor- -
