. 7.'he undersigned, as guardian of the person and property of
SOSAII YOST, incompetent, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no
longer exists by reason of the fact that minor has attained the
age of 18 years, and that the sole asset of the guardianship has
been transferred to minor in a savings account in her name.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final retwrn containing a
full and correct account of all receipts and disburseEeats of all
the ward's property of which petitioner has control since the last
return filed herein, if any, or fray the coomences~ent of the
administration of this guardianship if no prior return has been
filed, which return includes a statement of the ward's assets.
3. Petitioner represents that 1MfA?PtGARET L. SCHMITT, 2410
McCoy Road, Coluasbus, Ohio (43220) has waived notice of hearing
on said Petition for Discharge.
WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an order be entered approving
all accountings not previously approved and discharging petitioner
as guardian and releasing the surety oa petitioner's bond, if any,
from further liability.
