PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
Petitioner, First National Bank of Fort Pierce, as Ancillary
Personal Representative of the above estate alleges:
(lj Part of the assets of the estate consists of the following -
interest in real property:
The South 1/2 of Section 2~ excepting the
East 2030 feet thereof containing 200.51 .
acres all in Township 37 South, Range 39
East, also descri6ed.as all of Block 3
of the plat of Alan itilson Groves. LESS
AND EXCEPTING an 8/100th interest previously E
conveyed to Richard Muckenthaler, and further .
sub3ect to-the rights of_Willtam Parker, M.D.,
under an unr-ecorded agreement to an undivided
1/16th interest. Together with rights and
privileges of membership in the St. Lucie
Mutual Mater Company for 201 acres.
' (2~ The Petitioner considers that it is expedient, necessary and
i to the best interest of the estate to sell the above described real property
~ in order to provide funds for the payment of taxes and debts in the
domiciliary estate and to facilitate distribution.
_ (3Z A signed-contract for sale, conditioned upon court approval,
has been received to purchase the above described real property from the
estate. A copy of said contract is attached hereto and incorporated by
-reference.
