d. In the event any of the 1979-80 fruit crop shall natare and ba ready ~ ~
far narketiag prior to closing. then Bnyer shall have the right to sell _
said fruit and the proceeds frost such sale shall be held is eecrw by
Buyer until closing. In the event this transaction does not close for any _
reason. then the proceeds of such sale of said fruit crop shall be paid ~
