Above land lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida. First National Bank of Fort Pierce, as ancillary Personal Representative of the Estate of Nellie 1~luckentheler, Richard Leroy f~Suckc~~thal er and William T. Parker, M. D. , as sellers, and Strazzull a Brothers Company, Inc., as buyer, hereby agree as follows:' _ . 1. That the Deposit Receipt and Contract for Sale and Purchase dated July 2, 1979, a complete copy of which is attached hereto, is amended as follows: (a) The Sellers of the subject property and their presppctive interests are as follows: _ (1) Richard Muckenthaler - .08 interest; . Parker, M.D. . (b) In addition to the real property, the subject matter of the sale shall include the stock in the St. Lucie 1•httual Water Company for 201 acres, which is presently registered in the name of Nellie tuckenthaler. _ This stock shall be transferred to buyer at closing for no additional consideration. . -(c) That the sale of the-above real estate and stock in St. Lucie Y fSutual eater Company is contingent upon the approval of the sale by the Probate Courtin the Estate of Nellie tuckenthaler (Case No. 79-102 CP.
