SALE AND PURCHASE DATED JULY 2, 1979

the Plat of ALAN NILSO~ GROVES, according
to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 12, at pages 50 5 50A of the Publ>,c
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Above land lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
First National Bank of Fort Pierce, as ancillary Personal
Representative of the Estate of Nellie 1~luckentheler, Richard Leroy
f~Suckc~~thal er and William T. Parker, M. D. , as sellers, and Strazzull a
Brothers Company, Inc., as buyer, hereby agree as follows:' _

1. That the Deposit Receipt and Contract for Sale and Purchase
dated July 2, 1979, a complete copy of which is attached hereto, is
amended as follows:
(a) The Sellers of the subject property and their
presppctive interests are as follows:
_ (1) Richard Muckenthaler - .08 interest; .

(3) Estate of Nellie Muckenthaler --above described
real estate subject to the interests of Richard Muckenthaler and William T.
Parker, M.D. .
(b) In addition to the real property, the subject matter
of the sale shall include the stock in the St. Lucie 1•httual Water Company
for 201 acres, which is presently registered in the name of Nellie tuckenthaler. _
This stock shall be transferred to buyer at closing for no additional consideration.
. -(c) That the sale of the-above real estate and stock in St. Lucie

fSutual eater Company is contingent upon the approval of the sale by the
Probate Courtin the Estate of Nellie tuckenthaler (Case No. 79-102 CP.
Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida).
2. That the terms of the Deposit Receipt and Contract for
Sale and Purchase dated July 2, 1919, as amended above are hereby ratified
