the duly qualified and acting guardian of the of
GLADYS NSW DORDSN BOLLARD ,incompetent, has filed -resignation as such
guardian and petitioned for discharge; and the court being fully sdvised, it is
ADIUDGED that:
(a) Informal notice of the guardian's resignation shall be given to the following, by

(b) The interests of the ward will not be placed in jeopardy by petitioner's
resignation. which is hereby accepted.
(c) Petitioner shall be relieved of all further duties upon the appointment and
qualification of a successor ~gusrdian, but shall remain responsible for all duties as such guardian
until a successor guardian hss been appointed and duly qualified.
(d) Acceptance of the resignation of the guardian shall not exonerate the guardian
or hi~iirety from any liability previously incurred and they shall not be discharged anti! the
guardian has filed a true and correct account of hi$guardianship and delivered to the successor
" guardian all property of the ward, all records concerning the property of the ward or of the
guardianship, and all money due to the ward from the guardian; however, after all such
requirements have been fully complied with an order of discharge will be entered.
