O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on before the undersigned on
August 15, 1979, and having received testimony, having heard
argument of counsel, and being otherwise advised in the
premises, it is accordingly -
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the minor child, SHERRY RIGGERS, shall speak
with the father, GARRY O. BIGGERS, JR., over the telephone
when he calls, shall respond to his letters and, further, make
a reasonable effort to meet the father halfway when communicating
1 with him in his presence;
2. That the Husband, GARRY O. RIGGERS, JR., shall have

~ exclusive visitation with SHERRY BIGGERS commencing immediately
upon the hearing's conclusion until 8:00 P.M., that he may
pick her up again the following morning, Thursday, and return
her Thursday night; on Friday morning he may pick her up again
at 9:00 A.M. and, depending upon his reasonable judgment in the
matter bearing upon the best welfare of SHERRY BIGGERS, shall
have the right to keep her with him in the State of Florida until
Wednesday, August 22, 1979, whereupon he will return her at
6:00 P.M., or sooner;
3. The Court accepts and incorporates the North Carolina
decree and separation agreement, true copies of which are attache
hereto and expressly incorporated by reference herein, except
that-SHERRY BIGGERS shall not be taken to North Carolina pursuant
to the visitation rights given to the Husband in said North
Carolina judgment unless and until she herself is willing to
qo to North Carolina of her awn volition. Nerr~ither party hereto
