' 9. The Husband, during the minority of the minor child, SHExRY
LYNNE BIGGERS, shall pay to the Wife for the support of the minor child,
the sum of 1Z~ENTY AND NO/I00 DOLLARS ($20.00) per week. Payment should be
ma3e to the Wife at 708 Anita Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, or such other
address as the Wife may designate.
10. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to
prevent either party from instituting an action for dissolution of marriage
fn any competent jurisdiction subject to the following:
- a) In any dissolution action, the Wffe, provided the
Husband is not in default under this Agreement, shall
make no claim for alimony, either temporary or perneanent,
fox suit money, either temporary or pexmanent, for support
for the minor child, either temporary or penmaneat, or
foz the attorney's fees except in accordance With the "
provisions of this Agreement.
b) This Agreement may be offered in evidence by either
party is nay dissolution action, and if acceptable to
the Court, shall be incorporated by reference is the
judgment that may be rendered; however, notWithstaading
incorporation is the judgment, this Agreement shall not
be merged in it but shall survive the judgment and be
binding oa the parties for all times.
11. REPRESENTATIONS:" The Parties represent to each other:
• a) That each party has had the opportunity to seek
independaat legal advice by counsel of his or her ortn
selection in the negotiation of this Agreement. Each
party fully understands the facts and has been fully iQ
formed as to his or her rights and obligations legally,
and each is signing this Agreement freely and voluntarily
intending to be bound by it. -
b) Each understands and agrees that this Agreement
constitutes-the entire contract of the_par~ies. It _
supersedes any prior understandings or agreements
between them upon the subjeQts covered in this Agree-
ment. There are no representations or Warranties other
than set forth in it.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands
and seals the day and year first above written, a copy of this Agreement
being retained by each of the parties hereto.
