TEMPORARY ORD$R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Petition for Temporary
Relief filed by-the wife, and the Court having heard the testimony-~
of the respective parties and other evidence, and .upon the partial
stipulation by counsel for the respective parties, it is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJiJDGED that:
1. The Wife is awarded the temporary care, custody and
control of the three minor children of the parties during the pendency
of this action.
2. The Husband is ordered to pay to the wife the sum of $45.00
per week as temporary child support during the pendency of this
action. The first of such payments shall be made on Friday,
September 7, 1979. Said child support payments shall be made
through the offices of the Clerk of the Court in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, and each such payment shall be accompanied by a
$2.00 service charge for the clerk of the court to pay for his
services. All payments .to the Clerk shall be in the form of cash
or postal money order. Each of the parties is ordered to apprise
the clerk of the court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, of their
respective addresses at all times.
3. The Wife is awarded the temporary possession of the marital
home located at 4700 Barcelona Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida. The
husband shall vacate said home and turn over the premises to the
Wife on or before noon on Monday, September 3, 1979.
4. The husband shall be allowed to work at the garage located
- on the premises during the pendency of this action.
