causes of action, and damages, past, pxesent and future
belonging to or sustained by, the Plaintiffs in said cause,
on account of any and all injuries now known or hereafter
known resulting of and from the accident which occurred
on or about February 1, 1979 in Saint Lucie County, Florida,
which is the subject matter of the above cause.
