This cause came on to be heard on July 17, 1979 on the Court's
Order Setting Pretrial Conference, and the Court, having considered ~ .
the pretrial statements of the parties, and having heard argument of
counsel and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is

1. This is an action for injunctive relief and complaint
for damages and goes to trial on Plaintiff's Complaint filed April
18, 1979, Defendant's Answer and Affirmative Defenses dated May 7, 1979.
and Plaintiff's Reply to Affirmative Defenses dated May 9, 1979.
2. The factual issues to be determined by the jury are whether
the Defendant breached an employment contract and damages sustained by
Plaintiff, if any.
3. The parties may conduct discovery until the day prior
to trial.
4. Counsel shall submit to the Court at the commencement of
the trial proposed instructions to the jury and proposed verdict forms.
