feet to the point of beginning; thence run West parallel
with the North line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 34 a
distance of 660.58 feet, thence on a deflection angle of
49017' to the right run Northwesterly 130.63 feet to a
point that is 874.5 feet South of the North line of said -
