Il1C7E, S~HCTICN ZWF31I'Y-FQ.A2, aoo~o~+di:ig to _ the Plat thereof, as recorded in plat Book 13, Pages 31 and 31A through 31C, of the public reoorr3s of St. Lucie Oamty, Florida. *P~Trsuant to that Modification Agreeatent & Partial liele~-ase Acpeeaent dated S 19, 1978 in Official Reoo~d Book 294, Page 2007 through 2010, of the Public Racor+ds of St. Lucie Oamty, Fl~ida. WHEREAS, the Purchasers are purchasing said real estate and have agreed to assume said note and mortgage and have made application to the Mortgagee to allow the Purchasers to assume the hereinbefore described indebtedness evidenced by said note and mortgage as a part of the purchase price.
