mortgage deed executed by SEACOAST HOMES, INC. to EDWARD
O'NgII~ bearing date the 9 day of January, A.D. 1979, recorded in
Official Records Book 300, Page 2899, in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida,

hereby releases the following described property from said
