PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed Phis h day of , 1978,
between MARVIN J. ULM, as Personal Representative of t a e o DNEY
GOLDBLUM, de<,~eased, Party of the First Part, and EDITH D. TRACY, formerly known as
EDITH GOLDBLUM, Party of the Second Part, whose address is 14121 SW 74 Terrace,
Miami, Florida; -
WITNESSETH:
The Party of the First Part, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
$10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second Part, her heirs
and assigns forever, the real property lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 4, Block 604, Section 18-5, Subdivision Section 9, a portion
of 8, 10, and 17, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, RE Subdivision
of Port St. Lucie Section 13 City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie
County, Florida, ~lat Book I ~ at Page 17.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property and ail structures
and improvements situate thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part, her
heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the Party of the
Second Part, her heirs and assigns,.-that in all things preliminary to and in and about the
sale and this conveyance the orders of the -above-named Court and the laws of Florida
have been followed and complied with in all respects.
