. PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as
heirs. Their names and addresses are as set forth in paragraph4 .
and the name and address of their attorney are as set forth at
the end of this petition.
2. -Decedent, EVELYN S. LANDSRS, whose last known address
was 208 North 18th Court, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, died on
December 27, 1974, at Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital, and at the time
of death was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Petitioners, being all of the heirs of EVELYN S.
LANDERS, deceased, are entitled to receive all of the assets of the
decedent.
4. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
