5. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County at the tints of death.
6. The assets in this estate and their estimated values
are as follows:

be entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in
accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph 10 of this
petition, and further, the undersigned petitioners hereby waive
any further notice of any hearing or proceeding concerning this
Petition for Summary Administration and direct that the estate be
