This action was tried before the Court. On the
evidence presented, the Court finds as follows: -
1. .That the Plaintiff was a tenant of the
Defendant at 508-B Douglas Court, Fort Pierce, Florida,
( up to June 23, 1978.
! 2. That on June 23, 1978, the Defendant did law-
fully evict the Plaintiff from the premises at 508-B Douglas
~
Court.
3. That the Defendant, upon evicting the Plaintiff,
did convert to his•own use and exercise dominion and control
~ over Plaintiff's household oods and other p
jy g personal ossessions
as more fully described in the Amended Complaint under which
~ this cause was tried, all of which was in derogation of
Plaintiff's ownership rights.
4. That the value of .said household oods and
g
other personal property at the time of the conversion was
$3,500.00.
I 5. That the actions of the Defendant were wilfully
and maliciously done.
