6. That the Defendant, as a result of Plaintiff's
action, suffered damages through loss of rent in the amount of
$245.00. -
Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
A. Plaintiff is entitled to actual damages in the
amount of $3,500.00 and punitive damages in the amount of
$1,000.00 and this amount is now due and owing;
B. The Court reserves 3urisdiction to tax costs
upon motion and proper proof;
C. The Defendant is entitled to an offset in the
amount of $245.00, which amount is to be deducted from the
final payment of the sum due the Plaintiff.
