ORDER
This cause coming oa to be-heard oa the ?btion of Defendant, J. L.
McGOWAN, I~I.D., to compel Claimants'. Answers to Interrogatories and the Court
having heard argument of counsel of all parties, and being otherwise advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that each party through counsel shall disclose to
all other parties the names of each and every expert witness who will testify
either in person or by deposition at the Mediation Hearing to be held in this
matter and each expert so identified shall be available for the taking of his
deposition by all other parties prior to the Mediation Searing to be held in
this matter.
DONE AND ORDERED in Port Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida, this
